No, the product must be mixed with the oxidizer (also known as oxygen).
The oxidizer to be used normally is 20-volume. The 30-volume is used only for strong lightening.
Oxidizer is an important ingredient in color, and our Inoil Oxygen is specifically for an ammonia-free oil color.
