INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES

Foreword
In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 EU Regulation 2016/679, we provide you with the information due at the time of collection
of your personal data.
1. DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is Procosmet S.r.l., via della Solidarietà n. 29/A, 40056 Crespellano (BO), P.I. 02883540243 hereafter.

2. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO)
The company, based on the assessments under Article 37, has decided to appoint a Data Protection Officer whom it can contact to exercise a
your right, make a report or simply to obtain information about the processing of your data.

3. CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
The personal data collected and processed by the Writer fall into the following categories:
▪ identification data: name, address, telephone, social security number, age, sex, place and date of birth, ID card, driver's license,
images;
▪ personal data related to education and employment: resume, professional skills;
▪ family status data: minors and dependents.
4. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING METHODS
The collection of data that interested parties send to Procosmet S.r.l. is carried out by telematic, computerized means such as electronic mail
or format present on the company website that allows the registration of one's curriculum vitae, by mail or directly to
hand, and in any case in compliance with the provisions of the law, regulations and company policy designed to guarantee the security, the
confidentiality, availability and integrity, as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data to the purposes below
declared. However, the processing will take place in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency.
In addition, any evaluation necessary as part of the selection process will be performed, which may require processing
of the submitted data and will include the results of the assessment in its recruitment database as part of the selection process.
5. STORAGE
The data collected will be processed for the purposes listed below and kept for up to 18 months for the purpose of selection and
evaluation.
6. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
(a) Execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or execution of pre-contractual measures taken upon request
of the same ex art. 6 lett. b EU Reg:
- Research and profile selection activities;
- assessment of professional profiles and skills, management of applications in response to job offers;
- establishment, management and termination of the contractual relationship;
The provision of the data referred to in points a) is compulsory, and a failure to provide them or a partial provision of them will make it impossible for the Holder to
to achieve the purposes indicated above.
6. SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION
Data processing will be carried out by internal Authorized Data Processors and the data may be communicated to the
other Companies in the group. In cases where recipients process data on behalf of the data controller, the following will be appointed as data processors
of the processing by contract or contractual clauses governing the processing of the data in question, as provided for in Art. 28 of the
Regulations. In compliance with the purpose of processing, your data may be communicated abroad. In such a case, the company
will inform those who will receive the data, so as to guarantee the same processing rules applied in Italy.
7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
In relation to the aforementioned processing and the related data existing in our archives, the rights set forth in Chapter
III, Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, specifically: right of access (art.15), right of rectification (art.16), right to the
deletion (so-called right to be forgotten, art.17), right to restriction of processing (art.18), right to data portability (art.20), right to
opposition (art.21).

In order to exercise your rights you may contact the data controller and the contacts described in articles 1 and 2.
8. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Pursuant to Art. 13(2)(d) You are informed of the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the Protection of
Personal Data if you find that your rights as a data subject have been violated or for issues related to the processing of your data
personal data.
