We do not sell directly to the following countries: India, Ascension Island, Lithuania, New Zealand (1 of 17 geographical areas), Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, South Africa (1 of 9 provinces), Tristan da Cunha.
Unfortunately, no, we do not have a company store and it is not possible to come and buy products from the company, even if you live nearby.
The delivery time of your order is composed of the sum of the time required to prepare it and the time required to transport it to your address and corresponds to 3/5 working days.
Preparation time is the time it takes Procosmet Italy to process your order, pack and ship it and corresponds to 1/2 working days:
- Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 1 p.m. are picked up, prepared for packing and shipping, and picked up by the courier on the same day;
- Orders placed on Fridays, holidays and closed days are shipped from the next business day;
- If you pay by bank transfer, your order is shipped only after your payment is credited to our bank account. Generally, the crediting time for a bank transfer is 2/3 business days for Italy and up to 5 business days for abroad.
- Each order is packaged in a sealed box on which an anti-breaking label called "Seal of Guarantee" is affixed to protect your purchase.
Transport time is the time it takes the courier to transport the order to the address you have indicated and corresponds to 2/3 business days from when the order was prepared, i.e., picked up by the courier at the company:
- Within 24 hours of pickup at the company from the shipment, you will receive an email from the courier company containing a link to check the route of your package in which you will find an estimated delivery date and time;
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
The shipment is free for all orders of amount equal to or greater than €59.00 for Italy and San Marino, to €240.00 For other member countries of the European Union and to €500.00 For the rest of the world.
For orders of a smaller amount, the cost is €12.00 for Italy and San Marino and €25.00 for other European Union member countries and the rest of the world.
It is not possible to book the time of delivery with the courier. However, you can indicate in the "Notes" when you place your order the time at which you would like your goods delivered and we will notify the courier.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
On the day of delivery, the courier will send you an email indicating the time frame during which they will deliver the shipment to you.
The courier will inform you of the delivery attempt by:
- Email;
- Coupon issued by the hauler in the mailbox.
In such notices, the courier will tell you the time delivery was attempted, the shipment number (so-called waybill), and the approximate date/time of the new delivery, normally scheduled for the next business day.
If you wish to change the delivery, go to the site listed in the courier's email and enter the shipping number in the space provided to request:
- A new delivery, to the same address and at a different day/time;
- A new delivery, at another address;
- The collection of goods from the branch (firm storage).
Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt the branch will, where possible, contact you by telephone.
After 2 working days without receiving any indication, it will be opened stock.

Procosmet Italy is a B2C and B2B ecommerce with VAT number registered in Italy aimed at consumers, businesses and freelancers and as such subject to European VAT tax regulations:
- Consumers - Businesses/Freelance Italian professionals: price includes 22% VAT;
- Consumers from other EU countries (Germany, France, Holland, etc.): price includes VAT depending on the country of origin.
- Consumers - Businesses/Freelancers from non-EU countries (US, India, Japan, etc.): price does not include VAT and customs in the buyer's country will apply local taxes.
Yes, if you are an individual (sole proprietorship) or collective (partnership or corporation) or a freelancer enter your information on Join Procosmet and purchase using your VAT number. An invoice will be issued for purchases made if requested at the time of purchase by writing it in the notes or by email.
Online sales do not require the issuance of an invoice (nor of a receipt, tax receipt or transport document) to Italian consumers and others domiciled or residing within the European Union (not VAT-registered), according to Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633 of Oct. 26, 1972 and Article 2(oo) of Presidential Decree No. 696 of Dec. 21, 1996 (as confirmed by Resolution No. 274/E of Nov. 5, 2009).
The current strategy of environmental sustainability pursued by Procosmet Italy requires the reduction of paper use in order to reduce the environmental impact, so within your shipment you will not find any of the above documents.
Invoice should be requested at the time of order:
Write a message to customer service indicating the tax ID of the payment method holder and the order number for which you are requesting an invoice.
Please note that the invoice will be made out to the call sign and address associated with the payment method, and it will not be possible for us to make the invoice out to a different call sign or address. Please verify that the tax identification number is also that of the call sign associated with the payment method.
On the other hand, if you have placed an order on Procosmet Italy and you are domiciled or resident outside the European Union there is an obligation to issue an invoice.
Unfortunately no, samples are not available for general distribution but only when there are specific offers or events promoted on the site. If you have any doubts about which product to choose, one of our experts will be happy to assist you through the live chat.
Unfortunately no, ProcosmetItaly does not give discounts or send samples or freebies based on the order amount, but only as part of specific offers or events promoted on the site.
If you wish to change or cancel an order after it has been placed on the site, write to the Customer Service within one hour after you made your purchase and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email informing you that the order has been cancelled and you will not be charged for it. If you have any questions about the cancellation of your order, please write to the Customer Service To communicate with one of our experts.
After that time has elapsed, once your order is taken care of, you will no longer be able to change or cancel your order and you will be charged for it.
In this case, you will have to wait for the delivery of the goods and carry out the return procedure for all or part of the order as indicated in the section "I have changed my mind and wish to return a product: how can I do so?

If for any reason one or more products purchased through the site are not to your liking, you may avail yourself of the Right of Withdrawal. To exercise this right, write to Customer Service within the period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by indicating the order number.
In case of withdrawal you are entitled to a refund of the price paid. If the withdrawal is for an issue that is not Procosmet's fault, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Important: For hygienic and health protection-related reasons, we cannot accept items that have been opened after delivery.

I have received a defective product/different from what I ordered/ showing signs of tampering: what should I do?
Each order is packaged in a sealed box on which an anti-breaking label called "Seal of Guarantee" is applied to protect your purchase.
When you receive your order, we ask that you carefully check the Warranty Seal for signs of tampering and that the number of pieces being delivered matches the number on the shipping document.
Important: For hygienic and health protection-related reasons, we cannot accept items that have been opened after delivery.
In all the above cases, as soon as you encounter the problem write to our Customer Service enclosing:
- The type of problem;
- The product lot number (the code on the package);
- A photo showing the issue.
Our Customer Service Department will contact you back to arrange a replacement or refund at your option.
We will refund the full price you paid:
- Including shipping charges where applied;
- Within the period of 14 days after the notice of withdrawal;
- Using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase, unless you specifically request a different means of payment from us.
For your part, you must return the goods within 14 days after you give notice of withdrawal.
You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund:
- Except for the cost of returning the goods, which will be your responsibility in case of withdrawal;
- In case of lack of conformity also the cost of return will be borne by Procosmet Italy.
Refunds may be suspended until you receive the goods or until you demonstrate that you have returned the goods, if the refund is made before the goods are received at the company.

If you are a business/professional, you can create your account by selecting the Register with Procosmet (Individuals and VAT) button, then Business/Professional in the upper right corner.
Then enter:
- name (first and last name for professionals; firm, name or company name for businesses);
- VAT number (write IT in front of the number; for example, IT02883540243);
- e-mail address;
- A password of your choice to use on the site.
- Place a check mark next to I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
- and select the CREATE button.
You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account.
I forgot my login information such as username and password, how can I retrieve them?
To retrieve your login information such as username and password, remember that your username corresponds to your e-mail address, and to retrieve your password you must select the person icon in the upper right corner.
Your username corresponds to your e-mail address (if you have several, to the e-mail address you used to register on Procosmet Italy).
If you do not remember the e-mail address you used, write to us here and we will do our best to retrieve it.

- Unsubscribe via newsletter: simply select the link at the bottom of each newsletter to be removed from the mailing list;
- Cancellation by e-mail: write to the Customer Service from the e-mail address entered in the mailing list and we will unsubscribe you from the newsletter.

Our cosmetic products are formulated and tested in compliance with the European cosmetics regulation (EC Reg. 1223/2009), which ensures their safety for their intended use.
Because each pregnancy is unique and there may be individual needs or sensitivities, we always recommend consulting your doctor or gynecologist before using any cosmetic product.
All NAPURA- and MTJ-branded cosmetic products comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, which defines how to indicate the durability of cosmetics.
In particular:
- If the minimum shelf life of the product is less than 30 months, the label shall include the words "Best used by," followed by month and year, accompanied by the hourglass symbol.
- If the minimum shelf life is more than 30 months, an expiration date is not required, but the PAO (Period After Opening), the period, expressed in months, within which the product should be used after opening, is indicated. This is represented by the open jar symbol (e.g., 12M, 24M).
All NAPURA and MTJ products have a shelf life of more than 30 months, so you will find the PAO symbol on the package.
As long as the package remains sealed and stored properly, the product retains its quality and safety features intact.
Parabens are a family of preservatives that have been widely used for decades in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries due to their proven effectiveness in preventing the proliferation of bacteria, molds and yeasts, thus ensuring the stability, quality and microbiological safety of products over time.
Numerous studies and scientific evaluations conducted over the years by European health authorities (SCCS - Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety) and U.S. regulatory agencies (FDA) have confirmed that the use of parabens in cosmetics is safe at the concentration levels allowed by regulations.
Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 strictly regulates which parabens can be used and in what amounts, to protect consumer health. The only potential risks associated with the use of parabens are possible individual allergic reactions, a rare occurrence not specific to this class of ingredients, similar to what can occur with many other natural or synthetic substances (such as pollens, metals, or foods).
In full compliance with current regulations and consumer preferences, all NAPURA-branded products and many products in the MTJ line are formulated without parabens, using safe and effective alternative preservative systems that ensure maximum product protection and skin tolerability.
Procosmet Italy products comply with all requirements of European cosmetic legislation and, in compliance with EU Regulation No.1223/2009, contain no added heavy metals as raw materials. The company is ISO 22716 certified and manufactures its products under the best possible conditions by choosing the best the raw material market can offer in terms of purity and using equipment designed in 316 steel, which is very resistant to corrosive agents.
The water used in production is purified thanks to an advanced plant that provides high quality water. There are substances in our products that can retain any traces of heavy metals in order to keep them from being released on the skin.
Despite this, it is impossible to guarantee the total and absolute absence of such elements, including nickel, which can cause allergic manifestations in certain predisposed individuals.
Those allergic to such substances are advised to do a sensitivity test before using the products.
Silicones, including dimethicone, are synthetic substances widely used in cosmetics for their functional and sensory properties, which allow for improved performance, texture, and tolerability of products.
They are used in numerous cosmetic categories.
In the products sun products, impart a dry, non-sticky feel, reducing the adhesion of sand and impurities to the skin.
In make-up, they improve the spreadability and silkiness of formulas, while also helping to reduce the sensitizing potential of pigments due to their ability to stabilize and keep them localized in the application area.
In hair products, they have film-forming, protective, conditioning and polishing actions, improving the softness and combability of the hair fiber.
From a safety point of view, silicones have a low toxicological profile, show negligible skin absorption and are not occlusive. Leading international regulatory authorities, including the European Union, consider them safe for cosmetic use at permitted concentrations.
Following the most recent European legislation on silicones and volatile substances (such as D4, D5 and D6), Procosmet Italy has already updated or is progressively updating its formulations to ensure full regulatory compliance while maintaining the high standards of quality, safety and consumer care that have always distinguished the NAPURA and MTJ brands.

The scenting of a cosmetic product can be achieved by
The use of perfume blends or natural essential oils. Both types, by their nature, may contain potentially allergenic substances, commonly referred to as allergens, which are found naturally in the fragrance components or are introduced as part of the composition of the fragrance itself.
In compliance with the most recent European legislation on cosmetic labeling, the updated list of allergens is included on the outer packaging of each product so that the end consumer can check for the presence of any substances known to be sensitive or allergic.

attention to consumer health, ensures that all of its formulations and related labels are constantly updated according to the latest legislation and European guidelines on allergenic ingredients.
All Procosmet Italy products are not tested on animals, in full compliance with the Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, which prohibits animal testing for the safety evaluation of cosmetics and their ingredients within the European Union.

Gluten is a protein complex found in many grains, known to be toxic in individuals with celiac disease. Our formulations use raw materials from cereals, supplied by certified suppliers selected according to strict quality standards. Although these raw materials may contain gluten, it is important to note that the inflammatory reaction typical of celiac disease occurs exclusively through ingestion and not through transdermal absorption.
The risk of gluten exposure for celiac individuals from Procosmet Italy products is therefore limited to lip make-up (lipsticks, lip pencils, lip glosses and balms). For these products, it is recommended that consumers with celiac disease carefully check the composition listed on the label and, if necessary, consult their treating physician.
For all other cosmetic products, such as shampoos, conditioners, creams, and lotions, any traces of gluten in the ingredients pose no risk for skin use and can also be considered safe for individuals with celiac disease.

To ensure effective yet gentle cleansing that respects the skin and hair fiber, our formulations employ selected high-quality surfactants chosen for their skin tolerability and balanced cleansing capacity, in full compliance with consumer safety and wellness standards.
Kerosene is a highly refined mineral oil used in cosmetics for its emollient, lubricating and occlusive properties. In lipsticks and make-up products, it enhances the shine, smoothness and sensoriality of formulations.
Procosmet Italy uses only high-quality mineral oils that comply with European cosmetics regulations (EC Regulation No. 1223/2009). Scientific studies confirm that, when properly refined and used, these ingredients are safe and free of health risks for the consumer.
