Tales from Nature
Rice is a herbaceous plant in the grass family, belonging to the genus Oryza and, along with wheat, is the most widely grown cereal in the world. From 120 to 195 cm tall (it can reach up to 5 meters in height) it was first cultivated in China 9000 years ago and later spread all over the world, mainly for food and also cosmetic use. In fact, Hydrolyzed Protein is obtained from this plant , which is the result of a process called hydrolysis, through which the proteins are fragmented into smaller molecules so that they penetrate the skin and hair better. They also have antistatic power and therefore generate numerous benefits.
Hair Benefits
They exert an antistatic action on hair, making it easily combable, supple and soft. They give shine and volume.
-
Volumizing (Plumping Effect): They bond to the surface of the hair, increasing its diameter and giving body and fullness, ideal for fine hair.
-
Moisturizing and Filmogenic: They create a protective micro-film that retains water within the fiber, preventing dehydration.
-
Polishing: By smoothing cuticles, they allow the hair to better reflect light, providing a natural shine.
-
Strengthening: Being rich in amino acids, they help repair damaged keratin structure, making the hair more elastic and less prone to breakage.
Skin Benefits.
Hydrolyzed Rice Protein is rich in essential amino acids, stimulating collagen production and skin renewal, counteracting free radicals and helping to preserve skin youth and radiance.
In specific intimate hygiene products they deeply moisturize, retaining skin moisture and leaving the skin soft and protected, a particularly useful benefit during menopause or in dry conditions.
