With direct coloring, the substances deposit only on the outermost layer of the hair. They do not penetrate the cortex, so they do not alter the natural pigments or lighten the hair.

After shampooing, pat hair dry, put on gloves, and evenly distribute enough product for the length of the hair. Comb through, leave on for 3 to 10 minutes depending on the desired result, then rinse thoroughly.
