Mix the bleaching powder 1 to 2 parts with Oxygen - Oxygenated Water, choosing volumes according to the desired service. Add Oxygen - Oxygenated Water a little at a time, mixing well between additions to prevent clumping. Apply evenly to the hair. Refer to the table for setting times. Rinse with lukewarm water until the water itself becomes clear. Wash hair and dry as usual. This product contains persulfates. It may cause an allergic reaction. A 48-hour sensitivity test is recommended before applying powders. Do not use on sensitive, irritated or undamaged scalp. Do not inhale or ingest. Avoid contact of product with skin and eyes. Wear appropriate gloves. Rinse eyes and skin immediately and thoroughly with water if contact with product occurs. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately and show him the container or label. Do not use to bleach eyelashes or eyebrows or for any other use than hair bleaching. Failure to follow this precaution may result in blindness. In case of reaction during application such as intense tingling, irritation, pustules, burning sensation of the scalp or respiratory discomfort, rinse immediately with warm water and discontinue use. Consult a physician before reapplying a bleaching product. Do not use on very fine, brittle, sensitized hair. Wait at least 2 weeks after a perm before applying the product. Never store leftover mixture after application. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children. Follow recommendations for use. Store away from moisture. Close container tightly after use. Do not heat above 40° during application.
